I have this saw I got burnt on, you win some you loose some, just trying to get some money back out of it. Overall the saw is in decent shape, shows pretty heavy use but look to be solid overall, it just has the bum top end. It is missing a few fasteners but all the important bits are there, including some very hard to find bits. I would like to get $350 plus shipping for it, and for an extra $100 I have a NOS piston for it that I was going to sell separately.

This saw was bought as a running and cutting saw, which it did for awhile before I heard it leaning out slightly when warmed up.

Shoot me a message if your interested

Is that all that happens is when it gets warm it gets lean?

That's all I noticed, it's very subtle, most people wouldn't hear it. Other than that everything was fine, It ran great otherwise.

These saws almost always have a bad intake boot. That is most likely what is causing it to lean out, and probably what killed the top end. Ethanol gas eats these boots up quick. I think the boots are still available.

The boot is in good shape, I don't thing the top end was sealed very good when put back together since these don't have a base gasket.
