Hi,
This is my first post in this forum(great forum btw).

I just got a "new" poulan pro 335 that my father give me. He had trouble with it. I disassemble all the chainsaw and i find that some fuel line were cracked. In the same time a rebuild the carburator and clean the exhaust. Now it works vere well!

I check for some technical information about this chainsaw but i dont find anything.

Can anyone know what are the specs of this chainsaw?

Thanks!
Sorry for my english, is not my first language!

Great saw. 54cc 2 thin rings.

Was going to say I never seen one with chain brake then I seen your in Canada which explains that.

Does anyone know if the 335 thin rings are NLA or not. Have a top needing rings.

But, they share the same replacement piston kit as the 336, 330, and 3450.

Mark are you saying those are slip in direct replacements? Good to know. :msp_thumbsup::yourock: I have plenty of those saws already, just not a extra piston laying out.

I had thought of the extra 3300 P I had on hand and then I remembered about the alum bore chromed piston deal on those. That would have been to simple.

Was about to say I just ordered a replacement piston and recoil pulley from the big orange mother ship............have been picked and shipped, so the piston is defiantely available, not sure if its a 1.2 or 1.5 till it lands at the shop.

Yes, all the part numbers supercede to the same piston.

Please check your impulse line carefully. If it were my saw I would replace it anyhow. Sweet looking saw.
Shep

Good advice there, the originals seemed to go bad sooner then later.

I have found gas line (black factory line) for a Stihl (I know on a Poulan even) FS90 trimmer is perfect for impulse lines. DO NOT USE YELLOW, GREEN, or CLEAR TYGON LINE. It won't last for 2 hours.

Awesome..... My favorite go to saw.

I have one of these in the mutt variety mixed with a craftsman 3.3 body. My favorite saw and almost always strapped to my 4 wheeler. I cut all my firewood for next year with it over the past week.
