020t IPL and workshop manual?

Does anyone know where i could lay my hands on these? i have found loads of links on this subject but i think the relevent files are no longer there?

i have just bought a non-running 020t and have re-attached the fuel line to the carb, previous owner said he had couldnt start it and didnt need the saw anymore so sold it on, everything else seems ok gave it a few pulls and didnt fire but had to come in for dinner, it sparks ok and seems to be in mint condition, but suspect the carb will need an overhaul as it had fuel left in over the last 12months

any help is greatly appreciated
