Ah, I like conservative - it should last longer that way, right?Nope. Your's is "conservative"... Probably about 13,500 or so. Or at least it was a year ago! How's it running? No more Hickory I hope

Frank, I never said I didnt like the 260. Parts are not a issue with Husky Or Stihl so thats a moot point. Ditto with the dependability issue.
Outdoor type is right. A 50cc saw isnt ideal for cutting 15-20" hardwood, day in day out.
That saw might suit his needs better.Ok, let's go with the MIGHTY 361
Everybody seemed to jump on the comparison of the MS260 vs. the world. Stihl Kid originally inquired about a small saw that would easily cut 15-20" wood. Is there a "small" saw (stock) on the planet that will do this? Most of the firewood I cut has been in this size range or smaller. Personally, I don't see either of those saws cutting 15" black or red oak easily.
Hwh, I reckon you haven't run a piped 5100:rockn:

you sure you wanna get rid of that 5100?
If it were Husky, you could look up the ipl yourself in about 10 seconds on the web and know the precise part number you need. :monkey:
The one I have now is a .325-7. Would I have to change chains if I chaned to an 8 tooth?
Well I'm still waiting for answer Space, is the Husky 36 a Husky or a Poulan, if your gonna work for those guys you need to know these things when I need help, grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
I like my 026pro's and my 2 -5100's and 2149/346/zebra/?......And that is all that counts...
