031AV Air filter cover???

Does anyone know where i could find an air filter cover for this saw. I got a great deal on the saw ($25 w/good compression, but in pieces). I have the thing all back together and it runs great, but i am in need of a new air filter w/choke lever and a new air filter cover.
The Stihl dealer says they no longer make any parts for this thing.
So does anyone know where i might be able to find parts at??
