i got an 044 that the compression finally dropped far enough to keep it from running i have an 460 that got crushed but the cylinder is fine on a fresh rebuild i don't see any reason why the cylinders wont interchange is there any reason why i couldn't swap them im down to a 038 and an 026 its not fun i need to get these saws going quick i have three guys and two saws on the job thanks chris

You can't move the cyinders to an 038 or 026... each is unique..
If the cylinders are o.k., you re-ring or piston them..

Just to make sure I read your post right, your 038 and 026 are both running fine and your wanting to know if the 460 p/c will bolt up to the 044 (right?)
