056 Super Magnum - E-Bay

There's a really nice looking 056 on the site right now, for those folk insistent on spending a bunch of cash. It's at $600 - (2) days into the auction. Assuming it's in original condition, it's a beauty.
 
As far as I could learn the 056 came in AV, super, or magnum ll. I don't think there was a super magnum. Maybe you were just saying it was a "super looking" Magnum. All of the saws had a different displacement. Mike

Mike what was your cheater saw you lent Rotax last year was it a Super or a Magnum II.
Get back to me on that one would ya. :angel:

I did buy a replacement nameplate for my 056 Mag and it was just 'Magnum' not 'Magnum II'.

Having a saw named Magnum II sort of implies a Magnum I, so who knows?

The tag in one of the pics says "Magnum" at the bottom and "Super" across the middle - but heck, I'm not sure of exactly which model it is. E-Bay ad says it was built in 1983 - looks like it's been barely used. Would probably be pitching a tent in the backyard for a while if I took a shot at it.
