2003 vermeer bc 1400 feeder wheels stuck?

cant get brush to feed into chipper switched forword and reverse hydo lines (wires)to get through the day any ideas has to be electric sensor somwhere:bang:

Get out ur test light and start chasing wires. Equipment is great but one loose crimp can leave u dead in the water

Have you checked for wood jamming the wheels?

A morbark is a fine machine as well .

I am guessing you have some wiring issues as well or maybe a problem with your tach / auto feed mine did that one day and miraculously fixed itself , but i am guessing I will be buying a board someday soon

Open up the back hood above the feed rollers and look at that oval galvanized plate that connects to your forward/reverse control bar. When you move the control bar it rolls that plate up and down and it has grooves in it that flip switches for forward, neutral and reverse on a control box. Make sure one of the little tabs arent jammed or broke off. I have a 1400 and and have never had that problem but my 1000 was stuck in reverse one day and it was because one of those little switches was stuck in causing it to stay in reverse. Just had to spay it with some lube and it was good to go. Its usually something stupid that you wouldnt expect when that happens. Too much electrical junk to screw up on those machines, sensors, solenoids etc.. Let me know what the problem was incase my ever decides to do that. Good luck

checked for wood nothing there ...reverse foward neutral is all in good shape .....jumped out limit switch and still had the same thing i can get foward by changing the reverse and foward wires and holding bar in reverse.....so just need to go over wires i guess ....also stalling problem getting worse .usally time for a injecter pump again......thanks for responses
