Saw is relatively new, 145psi, pressure tested fuel line and carb, put in a new diaphragm (had a wrinkle in it) , and fuel solenoid in hopes it would fix it . Saw won't start unless I let the cylinder dry out and clean/dry off the spark plug. It will start for a second then immediately die. What can I check or is this just a bad carburetor?

Most likely you have a wiring fault causing the flooding. A break in the loom will kill the spark after a second or two.
