any body with an bar like this that would fit an 026,,id be interested in hearing from u.. got a lot of 95 vp chains that i like but the bar i have wont fit over the
hubs on the 026 ..plus id have to adapt the tensioner..got all kinda stuff for trade..
mabe i got somethin u need..thanks
example.. i got an dewalt electric drill ,works good wit case .. id swap it for a good stihl bar as specified..dont have to be new just needs to fit the 026..if it works as well as the drill,, we both happy and thats the idea..

I have aBrand New 18" Arborpo Bar (from Bailey's) with 2 brand new loops of 20NK chain, 50ga. 325 pitch chain. Everything is still in the box. If you are interested I'll sell them to you for what I paid, and I'll pay the shipping. I bought it for my 026 and never used them.

Also, I have a Stihl 18" Bar, and 1 loop of Stihl RM Green Link Saftey Chain that was used for 3 hrs to cut down a Hemlock Tree. It will fit your 026, 63ga. 325 pitch. Bar is straight and clean with 99% of the paint on it. The chain is still very sharp, and has never been sharpened.

I just like running a 16" bar on my 026. For big wood I grab my 440.

well i myself want the 16 also..
i bought an partner 400 today .
man had a full chisel on it,, which took some work but i got it to cut alrite..then i put the 16 micro bar with my 95 vp chain on it.. once again it just proved to be the faster smoother,, chain set up..so anything of mine that takes .325 is gonna have that 95vp on it..
somehow im gona get the 95 vp to work on my 026..16inch .325 and 95vp chain..
when i get it set up like that ,in my opinion ill have the best saw in its class ive ever owned..dan has the thing turning ??? well better not say as this is dans work..but i will have one helluva fast 16 inch saw..in my opinion.. im still looking,, an want a bar that is 325 50 gauge and will fit my 026..

ps this partner400 is turning 13.500 with out me opening it up or anything...
that particular series of partner were fast saws .. ive owned 2 now ..a 500 and 400 .. good thing about this one is its in real good condition..sorry to go on but its good when a plan comes togather.. later
