First time I have tore a saw down this far. I bought 2 junk pile saws a few weeks ago. One is a 365 and the other 372. Started on the 365, this thing was dirty and locked up.
I did get the case split today. Cylinder looks good to me as well as the piston.
Hoped it was the top end but both bearings are toast.
Crank is not discolored, bearings didn’t spin in the case.
I ordered bearings (Nachi) sp?
Couple of questions ?
Is the large connecting rod bearing serviceable?
Best place for OEM seals , gaskets, few other items .

big end bearings on these cranks are non-serviceable (it can be done takes tools and skills very few possess).
any dealer should have gaskets/seals for that saw, i usually just get stuff on ebay.

I can’t not feel any play. Thanks

Alrighty, I finally got some time this week to start putting things together.
I am stumped on 2 items at the moment.
First one is a screw, I can not remember where I pulled it from.
Second one is a protector , item 503 85 73-01. Looks like a small piece of black rubber bushing?
