Just a note for all out there,My local dealer informed me yesterday that he is due to get 12 372xps in soon,6 already claimed. So much for unobtainability.

I'm not interested in buying one...I have one,but my dealer was already supposed to have gotten some in...He keeps sayin' "They should be here next week"..According to him, none of his are claimed.I may buy one just so I'll have one in mint.

up here in Canada they are easy to get still but you have to pay about 950 cdn to get an xpg or 850 for xp at the dealer. I think they are worth every penny.

In the UK we dont have the same tight EPA regulations so 372's are still really easy to come buy.

Just to fuel the ebay/crap saws debate i paided £200 ($394) for a brand new never used 372xp (powerhead only) its a real animal with the 24" bar fully embeded in mature ash it just keeps pulling! it was surplus stock! see that boys SURPLUS a 372xp!

I got so tired of playing the "372 game" that I canceled mine. I felt stupid telling my customers that they were coming in for the "last time", for the third time, the price went up $100, "they're not in yet, maybe next week".

Plus, I can get as many 2171's as I want for about $80 less.

How much does it cost you to replace those 2171 handlebars with 372 ones??
:blob2: :hmm3grin2orange:

Sorry - couldn't resist....:biggrinbounce2:

We got the runaround about them too. The only thing they could tell us for sure is that this would be the last run in the US and that next year would be the last run worldwide. On a side note though, I just found 55 rancher's available again after being told they were all gone ....Not that I really want to order any, my boss tells me I stock too many models as it is haha.

My dealer does not have them yet either. He is very optimistic, but he is not a dreamer,he wont be counting his ''chickens''.He says he is going to get 689.00 for them ,dont know if B+C is included or not.

I talked to my dealer about it again today...And he said "should be here for sure next week." ...I really could care less...I really like my 575

well,i love mine.may by another depending on price.

i did get to use a 575xp monday and i kinda liked it.it doesn't have the RPMs of a 372 but i noticed no change in RPMs when cutting.good torq, sounds weird, and didn't feel as solid as a 372 but i could use one.as for the weight, seemed pretty damn good to me. the guy that owned it used my 372 and was really impressed with the RPMs.go figure.
