I was a save edge user. I liked them because of coarse file. Few left.
They bought blanks and processed them here in Ohio.

I went to these mad dog ones as they are coarse too. Those vallorbe good to go too.

They also make fine files if that is you thing. But since you said save edge those were coarse files.

My logging buddy switched over to the mad dog files too. They are pretty comparable to save edge. Probably what I'll switch to when I run out of my stock of save edge files.

That's just so kind.
But, the bar I have and that they use now is a 24" Lite Bar - but, it's. 50 Guage
I believe you are correct, in that the older Techlite bars like i used to have were 20" and .58 Guage
Man, I really liked that 20" Techlite bar
But.... I LOVE this new 24" Version!
