Just getting people to measure the hole or bushing sizes and then subtract or ad a diameter (based outside or inside dimension)
is going to be a trick.
A lot of guys try to eyeball the middle of two holes or shafts instead of measuring the diameters and doing the math from edges or sides.

Agreed.....I also take for granted everyone has a set of calipers....

I doubt the chain OEM's would publish dimensions in catalogues intended for the public probably not necessary for dealers either. But somewhere in the factory there would be the 'holy grail list' of detailed specifications. I highly doubt we would ever find such detail so those who have calibers and chain need to do the heavy lifting.

Many of the manufacturers are long out of business.

But maybe a spread sheet could be started with what is known, and maintained for shared access, similar to the way Mike Acres' site is?

Brad, I saw this chain in the wild on a Sears version of a David Bradley. I can get some measurements if it is still there, but I can't break the chain to take all measurements. The dimple and the profile appear to match your example.

Do you think you can get just the chain? If so, I'll pay for shipping, I can break it here.

Example 1 - preset

Center to center of rivets = .562
Bearing Flange = .218
Bearing Flange Thickness = .067
Rivet Hub = .149
Overall Length = .954
Overall Height = .368

Only identifying mark is a single dimple on outboard side of strap between rivets.
