The first one is me limbing up a tree with Castle Crags and Mount Shasta in the back ground. The tree to my left is not near as close as it looks.

Second the is Erickson Air Crane flying logs from my strip last year in Paradise, Ca. Some big un's. Had to buck short log's in most of my strip.

The third is me rippping some of the logs in my strip with an old 084 AV with a 6 foot Cannon bar- they were too big even for the Air Crane to fly.

Wow!!

Nice pics. Very cool. I like all of them but especially the one with the mountain in the back.

Awesome pics!

Tried to hit ya but the mag is empty.............

Nice shots. Are those scans of prints? That first one has an old Kodachrome look going for it.

No, just Wal-mart scans from a disposable camera. Many of the new scanners won't even scan Kodachrome. My Minolta Elite 5400 dpi won't.

I guess I know how to get the Kodachrome look pretty easily now. :)

Tis a shame about the new scanners not working with the pre-E6 slide film. There's going to be some disappointed people in the future when they go to digitally archive their parents and grandparents slides from yesteryear.

Yeah Baby!!!!!

I can scan Kodachrome on my Nikon scnner, but it's way fussy and needs lots of fiddling... I have about 10,000 slides, about 1/2 E6 and the rest Kodachrome. The problem with E6 is that the archival qualities are dependant on the idiot who processed the film. Many of mine have color shifted to "very blue". The Kodachome is still fine...

Oh yes, great pics...
