Ok this is simple and probably pretty anal but here goes.
Couldnt find anything in the archives on it
I run Premium gasoline now (I had gone through a couple of tanks with some "re crapulated" BP Premium, but found some Marathon with no additives!)
I just noticed on my little bottle of "low smoke" Stihl 50:1 that fuel stabilizers are already added to the oil.
I have always added my own fuel stabilizer (Stihl brand actually) to the cas oil mix as well. So in essence I am wasting fuel stabilizer, but does this have an effect on my saws perfromance or is the 1/2 oz. of extra stabilizer go unnoticed to the engine???

Noting the lack of responses, I will assume this is not much of an issue.
Although I will not be doing this in the future ( not adding extra fuel stabilizer), I dont see it really effecting anything in the short ammnt. of time I have done it.

I have a few saws I put up for the winter and I run Stabil thru them. Otherwise I just run the Husky oil with stabilizer in it already in my every day saws
