I have an older Craftsman saw, that has enough similar features to make me believe they are related. I believe my saw was made for Simpson/Sears, by Poulan. I haven't taken the time to do the legwork to identify my saw. Nice to see the Allis Chalmers brand on a saw, even if they didn't make it. Back in the 50s, I always loved seeing the beautiful orange on the old AC tractors, even though they were a rare sight where I grew up.This is dirty ole one from the shelves. I need to fix that recoil rope some day.......
