Always thought a Stihl, was the best Chainsaw you could buy, but...
Just finished a rehab on an ECHO CS-3000 and seems a lot easier to work on and seems a quality Saw.
Bought this from a Member and was told of it's problems which was fine, parts are readily still available.
Had it all apart and in a plastic tub under a bench for months as other things kept getting in the way.
Finally got tired of looking at it in pieces and finish working on it.
Rebuilt the Carb with a kit, ran new fuel lines and filter, cleaned it up and tuned it up with a Tach.
Noticed I wasn't getting oil on thechain and it turned out the oil holes on the bar was plugged!
Over all, I think she cleaned up nicely and will be easier to use cutting shrubs than my bigger Stihl 026 PRO!
