Dominator is mainly used as an injection oil, that is what it's primary function is. Sabre is designed as a pre-mix which is why I use it and not Dominator.

Dominator is marketed as a duel purpose(injector and pre mix) racing oil. Since most racing applications use pre mix it is primarily used in that capacity.
It is by far the worst 2 cycle oil Amsoil sells from a deposit standpoint.
And yes, Erik, I have heard of Bobs.

Dozer, The test was conducted by yours truly over a sapn of 50 gallons of fuel. Things I looked at were crown, port and skirt deposits.
No the most scientific test, but none the less gives some insight.

Hey Ben,

I know what you mean about deposits. One of the reasons I switched from Dominator was because of the oily residue left in the exhaust tube. Nasty. After I switched it went away.

I know what it is marketed as, but I have been told it should be used mainly as an injector oil.
