OK I have a walbro wj-72B carb off of a john deere cs81/efco 181/981
Someone before me used a silicone sealant of some type around the carb and it ate into the carb body. Point blank....I need a new carb.
John deere sells a new one for $80. I am looking for used one if I can locate one. I noticed a stihl 066 and husky 394 both use the WJ series carbs.
What are my replacement carb options as far as used goes? Can I snag a 066 carb and bolt it down on my emak saw?
My second question....the number after WJ....does the higher number mean a bigger carb? I noticed the italian version of the same saw uses a WJ-89a instead of a WJ-72b. Is there a possible upgrade as far as the CFM rating goes?
The cs-81 is my first BIG hog of a saw, Rep to who ever can help me out!
Thanks fellas
