Anthracnose?

Does this look like anthracnose?

I am not a bona fide expert, but it looks more like Tubakia to me. The difference to me is the spotting. I associate anthracnose with more irregular shaped spots that each grow into a large necrotic aea, and more likely developing in spring/summer. I associate Tubakia with regularly shaped circular spots that coaslesce with other spots to forma a large necrotic area, and more likely developing in summer/fall. In either case, the outcomes and remedies are generally the same.

In my opinion, these leaves are from a black oak. The spots on them do not look exactly like anthracnose.
