any difference between Walbro WT-16 and WT-16b for Stihl 028 wood boss?

my old 028 wood boss crapped out, local dealer said it needs a new carb which they cannot get. They also "lost" some parts during disassembly, so a carb kit alone won't work.
My carb is a Walbro, and is stamped WT 16. Under that is B3. My question....is a WT16 and a WT16B inter-changeable if I find one? Any site sponsors sell used carbs?

Hello all. I know this is a very old post but could someone tell me the differences between the Wt-16a and Wt-16b? Thank you for any help. I have a Stihl 028 wb that I up graded to a super and looking at the 16a carb.
