I bought two of them they work ok but make saw extremely nose heavy if you buy one, donot over tighten set srews,i did and mag body broke in half...

I have one. It works well... if you don't have lots of y shaped branches, or curled and gnarly limbs. The only time I use it anymore is if I am cutting small poles as in clearing a path in the woods. Even then I try to put it on a 16-18 light weight saw and leave it there till I am finished. It worked pretty well on an 18 Craftsman I had. It is a bit on the nose heavy side as retired redneck said. I think it would wear on you if you had to use it too long at a time.
