I'm looking to hear any feedback about it.

Yes i use that set up regularly, if what you are asking about is 1/2" tenex and the omni block, great little setup, not too bulky. I haven't bought the set up, its easy enought to make your own loopie and install the pulley like i have. the block according to wesspur has a WLL of 900lb, I have substituted with an SRTE thick sheave rigging pulley - WLL 1800KG (you can do the math) and i beleive the 1/2" tenex has a 13,000lb breaking strength.

I;ve had one for about 3 months and am liking it. quick for blocking down small stuff. I often send stuff down in pieces small enough so that my ground person can manage them without further processing....I think I would rather just have the swivel block alone and use a biner to attach it to a sling or loopie instead of having it integral to the loopie

no reason to add another point failure to the equation by adding a connector that's as bad as the back-bone idea from sherrill tree lets just add a metal connector where none is needed. why add an extra weak link to the chain...

You are right. I have owned this combo for 3 months now and use it in conjunction with a captive eye biner and some loop runners to speedily dismantle pines. I really like the light weight and portability of it. BUT, I have used it to block out maybe the first 20ft. or so, maybe down to 12" diameter (in 4 or 5ft. sections) and immediately noticed a degradation in the plastic bushing in the swivel. It no longer turns smoothly, it clicks and binds. The bolt used to hold the swivel to the block seems fine, but I can really see guys messing up by thinking this is a cheap $99 substitute for a true rigging block...It is not.
