Anyone sell Jonsered products to NZ?

I have been looking for an international online store that ships to New Zealand. The stores I have contacted do not ship outside of the US. That being said the store does not necessarily have to be US based. I am specifically looking for a Jonsered 2135T top handle saw (39cc model) to complement my 'do all else' saw for the light and fiddly work. Jonsered does not market this saw in NZ and anyway its cheaper to import depending on the exchange rate.

Any ideas anyone??

Jonsered probably has the same no international shipping rule as husky does, and now that the US postal service has dropped surface shipping so any shipping is pretty expensive.

If your going to the trouble of getting a top handled saw, clear it through customs and pay gst on it, get the MS200.

Thanks Timber! I have cleared it with customs and I don't need an importers licence if under $1000.00 including freight. I believe the 2135T is based on the 338XPT? And the Jonsered is quite a bit cheaper.

I'm not the company I was just doing a search for a business in this area & this came up I saw your thread a few days ago so posted as it might help give them a ring. If its a current model they should be able get it even if its not a standard NZ line.

Hi Sbusta, sorry I was not sure if you were an agent or not. I have received a response from Husqvarna NZ and they said both the 2135T and 338XPT are similar saws and are not offered in NZ. Jonsered may be able to import this saw for me but I imagine I could do it myself much cheaper [if I can find one]. The 338XPT is $1300NZD. Thanks for your input
