Have you got yer tickets yet......

Not sure what the tickets are for, but I'm not walking into that one.

Looks like a set-up to me.

I hung a pulley from the ceiling and treaded it w/a split tail, to strech out my legs, hips, practice kicks, use it for squats, and do upside down pushups, last week. Had a hard time walking the next day though.

Well, here's how it is for me.

I start out the day with a leisurely 12 mi run to the waters edge, then swim across to the AFB, take down the sentry on watch, then swim back across the water, and ride my mt bike home.

And that's just before breakfast!

Soooo who is that in the pics of yourself that you post here?? your stunt double???:)

bike riding is good

Ride a bicycle! Leg strength is pretty essential for just about any physical work. Upper thigh muscle condition is important to keep cardiovascular up from the legs in good order. Ride to the store to get your beer! Rowing is also very good they say.

I ride to the top of mountain passes in Italy. It conditions your lungs for thin air also. Sorry the picture is sideways.

Seriously I have started eating a little better, and doing some pushups and walking. hope to get back to running and pullups soon. The park close to my house has some pullup bars and other equipment outside.
