Apple wood with nice red grain

Wasn’t much really slid wood on this apple tree like most but did find a couple solid pieces. Broke my chain from sharpening with too big of a file I’m guessing

Wood turners love bowl blanks with character like that.

3” is probably enough to make a bowl I’d think. I kinda prayed to the wood gods this stuff doesn’t warp and crack too much
