I have a asplundH 16'' chipper with 351 w v8 jex 816 and the numger by chipper chute opening is jey 19800 trying to find out year of machine thanks for any help

What's the 17 digit vin number on the trailer? I need the 10th digit from the right.
Its probably a mid 80's but if you post some pics that might help.
You don't really need the age anyway.
