Attack Angle

HI all am looking to some information on attack angles wrote by Ray Calton while I do understand attack angle very well I have the complete book Carlton.
I did a google search but no luck. I was told that Ray did write about it and after Oregon brought them out this Information along with the file o plate was removed. If anyone has a copy of this can you please attach it here.
