Squirrel, I just thought you'd want to know that your sentence is grammatically incorrect. You started the sentence with a plural noun"skills", which means you must use the plural form of the verb to keep the verb tense correct. Your sentence should have read, "Basic communication skills are all I ask." I thought you would want to know since grammar is so important to you. By the way, are you sure you attended all twelve of those school years?
