im going to use a 20 inch bar on my 288xp and 30-36 on my 3120xp........also can some one recomend a chain from the oregon line up for cutting hard woods...husky bars seem to be weak easy to bend ..poor quality ..rubbish

Hi Rollacosta,

I`m going to try and choose my words carefully because I have no idea what conditions you are working under, but bending bars is something that just doesn`t happen that often to most people. You might want to consider this and ask yourself why your`s bend so easily.

Do you happen to know if you run solid bars or are they possibly the laminates like an Oregon Pro Lite? Laminates aren`t as tough as a good solid.

GB bars ought to be easy for you to get, or at least I assume. They are as good as any bar that I`ve run and better than some brands and models like The Oregon Power Match Plus that is standard on larger Huskies in the US.

im running im sure they are laminates...im not realy having trouble[when i use a saw] with bending bars but the standard huski bars just seem to burr up quicker and do not seem to be as strong as some ive used....i have not heard of gb bars overhere and was wondering what oregon bar you would recomend ..oregon have the whole market overhere or so it seems..its oregon or main dealer bars im almost certain
