best tree saw for 250,?

yea i know how good stihls are and husqies ,but i need somthing that performs well and is cheap right now

and is balanced
 
Ms192t's are like $310 brand new, thats a good little saw.
 
anybody have experience with the tanaka? thats cheap as hell but only 32cc

Like was mentioned, if you need an in-the-tree arborist saw, fork up the cash for a stihl 192t or, if you're willing to consider used, you might be able to get a used 200t for $300.

The 200t is way better but the 192 will get you started. If you're looking for something on the ground, a ms290 farm boss is a good all-around saw at about $300.

If coming up with $50 more to buy the right saw is going to be a big issue, I'd rethink why I need this saw in the first place. It takes the right tool to do the right job.

Pawn shops I just got a 021 for a hundredput a new chain and filter on it and good as new
