On a brief side note (saving money a worthwhile subject) if any of you guys take the PNW ISA Certified Tree Risk Assessor course, it tells you to bring a clinometer to the class. You might as well take a hundred and fifty dollar bills and toss it out the window while driving on the way down as it is barely mentioned and not used at all either day. It is mentioned with disparity in the above article as being inaccurate.
