I have a mount on the back of my stove for a blower/fan, I'd like to mount one. My stove is fairly old and finding a factory fan is probably not going to happen has anyone else rig up some sort of blower? My stove is fairly close to my basement wall and I'm not sure that there's room to mount it directly on the stove, Can I run some pipe ducting to the mount on the back and keep the fan/blower away from the stove?

TJ-Bill,

First off you need too post the type stove(brand/model) or at least a pix. I have an old "King" heater stove which is exactly the same as an Ashley wood circulator. They look like this http://heating-and-cooling.hardware...rculators/ashley-circulator-stove-219618.aspx and are made by several companys. I know the parts are interchangable too. In back of the stove there is a blower mount and again you can buy this type blower as an add on for about $189. Here's a few of the blower types.
