Boy what a mess.

About a year ago I got a letter from this old lady who lived next to a former client of mine asking me to write a letter for her stating that I had gone and cleared trees at the beheast of my former client. She gave me the whole greiving widow being taken advantage of speach and blah blah blah. She also said between her words that if I didn't do this, that she would sue me.

Well today, I get a call from my former client asking me to kind of testify against myself. And pretty much if I don't I am going to get sued for $9,000+

When I wrote the letter for the neighbor I pretty much stated what happened as best I could remember. Now I have to write another copy of that letter for this guy. In either letter, I pretty much blame the old owner of my former client's house.

Yup. All's well though, I just spoke with a friend who is much wiser than I and he told me that I have nothing to worry about. False alarm.

Stuff like this makes you wonder if it's worth being a business owner... I have had cr@p like this to contend with ,it's not good for stress levels..
