The Carlton is more similar to the Stihl comfort way of vibration reduction or it works out that way.

The Oregon Vibe ban does work pretty well if you like to cut the depth gauges deeper than you really should......to a point anyway.

Maybe you should try some of the Carlton with an open mind then see if it is better or worse than the others but then it may be a cost consideration in your market.

There is a great tendency lately to trademark all kinds of exclusive features that in reality don't make as large a difference as the advertising copy would lead one to believe.

The Husky/Oregon low vibe with the folded raker was great chain.....until you had to lower the depth gauges......then it was a pain

I suspect we are talking a bit bast each other, no offence taken or intended.....

I have no intention of trying the Vanguard, and neither that or Carlton really is offered here.

I am happy with the Oregon and Stihl chain I use, but wish I could easily get Stihl chain in .058 (mail order from Germany is the only way I have found).
