Got the saw pinched today. Gave it a quick yank and ended up with a broken Handle bar. As far as I know, this saw has never been dropped, thrown, has never had anything roll on it, ran over, etc...

Can this be fixed or am I looking at a new handle? Approx. $48.00 from the dealer. Stink.

Wow Plumber, thats about the worst spot for that. Unless you know a really talented welder who works cheap, I would find a used one, probably for less than $48.00. Good luck!

This is a plastic handle. I'm guessing I'm out of luck. I did see a new handle on Fleabay for about $35.00 including shipping. I may do that later tonight.

Just ordered a new one from Fleabay. Am a little cautious about used at this point; Unless is was coming from a member. Hopefully the new one should be here by Monday. Tuesday is my next outing. We got a pile of rain today and I'll only be felling tomorrow and Saturday. Might do a little turkey hunt'n first though.
