Has anyone used this for any length of time?

I have a flipline and the yarns are wearing out faster then any other I've seen.

They are on the left sied, so pretty far away from any cutting tool. I usually ahve small nicks on the right side, near the clip end.

NickfromWI made me a 60' climbing rope. Red White and blue color. Very soft 16strand. I use it mostly for crane removals and have been using it for a few months now. I want to say it is Buc. rope but not sure JPS. Great little rope. And the splice is just right.

Several years ago I bought a spool of B'neer rope. It had a nice hand but didn't wear very well.

My nieces have a couple of the pieces for rec climbing. My brother calls the rope Happy Chihuahua Rope because the core is red. When the core milks out...well you understand.

That's what I'm seeing. I've used mostly NER and Samson products throughout my "career" and none of them has worn through like this.

Maybe it is jsut that it is in Viking colors and I'm a Wisconsiner :D

My buddy likes his, but i think it has worn too quick, and have noted so previously. i've recieved sevferal adds for this colored line, always seems to say while supplies last; not sure what ya might say that would indicate. Maybe letting this lot pass; and catch the next..........

i bought some line i always loved before, and got a runout deal; dat'daere dang stuff milked more than a Wisconsin cow! Only used in one direction to keep sheath moving off one end consistently, constantly trying to get to end of milking; just a bad run of brand name line; as others witnessed far from me in time too.

I agree....

It does seem to wear quickly. But I do like the feel of it, and it's the most affordable on the market. It throws nicely when bundled into a monkey's fist.

love

I've never seen one with a red core. That's neat. It'd make it easier to splice when you have to pull out those core strands. Red would be much easier to see!
