Hello, im fairly new to tree work, I own a Buckingham economy floating D saddle and didnt like the lack of gear points so i bought a Wingman Stretch-Top Pouch RopeBoss from sherilltree and now i realize that there arnt even enough gear points to attach that securely, it swings everywhere and gets in the way. I friend of mine used accessory carabineers some twin and I believe he cut part of his saddle to create extra gear points. I was wondering, is this safe? To cut the stitching between the back padding? It didnt seem safe, but i thought id ask.
