Now they are up and running, but the most extreme ported one I did have to do something to the ignition, get it a little bit earlier and then it run good, so now they are up for new chains and then test them too see how they doing :chainsaw:

Make the winner sell!

How about making it like the local 4 banger races. The winner has to be willing to sell the winning wild thing for $75.00 plus shipping. That keeps the price down.

We have a local "claimer race." The winning saw can be bought for $1 over the MSRP.

Thinking I am going to unload some junkers this year. HEHEHEHEHE

Got a couple of quick ugly ones I would love MSRP for.

Quick does anyone have a Wild thang they need to get rid of cheap. HAHAHAHA

I don't know about this "wild thing" but laugh if you want,I just recently adjusted the ports on a 2800 Poulan. You might be surprised how a less expensively made saw will preform with a little tweaking.

I have run them, and they are running pretty good but I have to time them to see how they do.
I was afraid that the one that are extreme ported would give me a bigger problem then it gave, but I did a bit whit the timing of the ignition and now it's running good. Original is WOT 13000 RPM, but now they 4stroking at WOT 13500, the most extreme at a tiny bit higher RPM then the other one.
It will be interesting to see how they run side by side and if there is mush difference between the Wood Ported (green marking) type and the Extreme Ported (blue marking) type in this small engine. And yes they are Muffler Modded too ;)

I like the pictures, the depth of field is very good. everything is in focus. Good one.
