Can anyone recommend a good uniform supplier, good quality, good prices? Looking to have made logo'd T-shirts, collared shirts for bids, and a warm winter coat.

www.WearGuard.com I've used them in the past but now I go to Champs Sporting Goods in the mall here for T-shirts, 5 shirts for 19.99$

Good quality tuff shirts plus they have the blaze orange, among others, which my men wear.

I have all my shirts embroidered for about 4$ each by a little ol' lady who has this giant computerized machine in her home. She does my hats too.

It can't hurt to look into arborwear. We have started doing customized embroidery through them. Tom Duffy will be glad to help, just call us at 1-800-525-8873 (his ext is 232), or email me through this forum and I'll have him reply.

About how thick are the lightweight Arborwear pants? Might they be good for summer work? Could you perhaps compare them to a material I might be familiar with?

Also, what color is "diesel." How far is it from navy blue?

Deisel is more of a gray.

My printer has a wide array of shirts to choose from.

We could set you up with a BK designed work shirt and collared shirts with embroidery for the formal visits.

BK can use pictures of your trucks and put them in a LimbWalker type line drawing.

Having a tree guy do the art makes it more realistic.

I just hired a artist to draw my original artwork for my logo.
Told the guy 50 for 3 thumbs and 200 finsihed product.
What the email of the treeman artist.
How expensive is he?

The above link has the basics. I'm the "manager" once we hash out the details then BK gets the order.

If you have not seen it, here is our "LimbWalk" design.

Currently we have 5 different general designs, give him an idea and let him run with it, they look real cool.

I forget the the exact weight of the lightweight material, but if I had to compare them, I'd say they're a little bit tougher material than a regular pair of Khaki slacks. Pretty much, if you went from regular khaki slacks to lightweight arborwears, you'd say, "man, these are tough", but if you went from a regular pair of arborwear to the lightweights, you'd say, "man, these are light". Quite a few people comment on how they use the lightweight for summer work.

Diesel is a dark blue. It is not a navy blue, but it is not too far down the spectrum. I don't know why JPS thinks it is grey. It is not.
