I have a troybilt 27 ton splitter that is low on hydraulic fluid and found this and would like to know if I can mix it with the existing oil.
Can I mix this oil

I mix fluids all the time. I've even put transmission fluid in my splitter before. It's all the same.

All fluid is NOT the same. In regards to the picture, I would be comfortable putting that in my log splitter. They call it tractor fluid now days because there are so many different functions within a tractor that not every function is specifically related to hydraulics.
