Can you recap skid steer run flat tires?

I have a skidsteer with the honeycomb type run flat tires but they're useless on dirt as they're the pavement type with no tread. I need the aggressive tread and am wondering if anyone has ever recapped or retreaded this style of skid steer tire...View attachment 248062. I suppose I can sell them to someone in demolition work and buy a different set.
