Can't make a mistake now

I received an order from Bailey's today and between them and me I managed to end up with 30RC chain rather than the 20RC chains I thought I ordered. I called them up and the gal on the phone couldn't have been nicer. In the process of getting a return number it occurred to me that I have a saw to run the 30RC chains on so I ended up just placing another order for the 20RC chains and they cut me some slack on shipping.

Thanks to this site I think I'm to the point now that whatever they send I can use. I'm not knocking Bailey's as they have been great to deal with and this error most likely was mine.

They are great people to deal with. Any issue I've had has been handled quickly and very satisfactorily. I'm to the point that I buy most of my chain from them...which admittedly isn't much, and long bars, which nobody stocks on the prairie.
