that might not work on a 352 tire... probable blow the thing across the floor,, before it set the bead... works great on bigger tires !!!

The cheetah works on golf cart tires. I teach under car. We have 12 golf carts on campus and some class 8 trucks in our diesel shop. It works on all of them. The golf carts wheels have 15-25 psi in them after a full shot. Once in a while with 10 to 12" wide 15" rims, with mudder tires,I have had a problem seating the bead.

they on or off the vehicle ??? just figuered that air flow would send the tire across the ground.......seen them used on big truck tires... they do work great.....

BUT, out on the road,,, i can usually find a air compressor some where... job site ,, nieghbor,, gas station.... carry a few 3 inch ratching straps on the truck..... don't have the room on the trailer for a 5 gallon air tank,, nor the time to run home,, just to fix a flat....in the field, some times you have to rough it!!!!

The old trucker's trick is to spray a little starting fluid in the tire, stand back and throw a match at the rim. I've used it more than a few times but it's dangerous and not recommended.

LOL

That's what we used to do on our farm equipment when I was younger. I was going to share it earlier but I thought better of it.

It works well...but it's probably the short route to a Darwin Award.

i still use the starter fluid method to seal all my tires. its a proven way time and time again, lol.

by the way, i beleve its spelled tire

+1 for the Start fluid.

Theoretically its fairly safe as the explosion stops the nanosecond the oxygen runs out.

Setting yourself on fire is another story, but theres lots of simpler ways to do that.

I have used the flaming tyre trick many times. I can tell you, less fuel is more. Only a few quick bursts is needed...

It's usually an act of desperation, as a ratchet tie down and valve removal work 95% of the time on stubborn tyres.
