I had my chipper parked on pavement the other day and noticed a very small, 3" or so circle, puddle of something that was leaking from it. I looked under and saw there was and orangy liquid leaking from the radiator side of the engine. I cannot see exactly where it is coming from, but it ends up on the lowest parts of the oil pan and the oil pan bolts. The engine has about 200 hrs on it and about 100 hrs since oil/filter change. The oil is blackish, I know it isn't the engine oil.

I have just sent an e-mail to the dealer I purchased from, and hope to hear back from them tomorrow or by the end of the week.

Has anyone out there seen this before, or can give me a better idea what could/should be loose that needs to be tightened. The chipper is still at a job for the past week, so I haven't had a chance to bring it inside and look up and around with flashlights and mirrors.
Thanks

K, is there a likely place where the leak is coming from, or just look all around there with a light and a mirror; pretty tight in there behind the radiator

Could be a loss hose or a loss drain valve. Could be a btoken radiator. You just gotta look it over
