Caterpillers and Gypsy Moths

Can anyone recommended a good spray,these things are out of control,they say they run in cycles but it has been 10 years solid.
It's so bad I won't BBQ,freakin poop everywhere,I have to wash my car and truck before I go anywhere.
I took down a dozen oaks thinking it would slow then down but no such luck.

Dipel DF is an organic control. A bacillus (bacteria) that controls them in the first 2 instars, after that any general use pesticide will take them out.
