Here in my area Stihl RS72 costs 35-38$ and RS84 44$. Whats everyone else paying? Will share that Amicks has Rs72 for 17.99 until end of the month. I got 5 in the mail from them today and 2 RS84 that were23.99. I thought that was a heck of a deal.
I've been to Amick's several times. I like the place and they have lots in stock but they don't like to honor their online price in the store, they will but I can tell they don't like to for some reason. To me if I'm picking the stuff up it cuts out the labor for packaging and the shipping label stuff. We only go through Asheboro a couple times a year so I usually look to see what they have on sale before we leave home. Don't get me wrong they're good people.

Dang, that 20” is priced at $400/100’ roll territory, wow.

$35 x (1640/72) = $797

The pole saw loop 61pmm3 44dl is $22 or 23 a month or two ago. Last time I remember it was $17 ish but they have a sign buy two get one no cost which is programed into the cash register at the front.

Not familiar with Amicks but I suspect that John Deere (however that contract works) and rural king get special pricing on some things. when I see bar sheaths for 99 cents ok they are $4.99 now it is not like the one man and his kid except during the busy season. I thought genuine Stihl dealerships were not supposed to do mail order.

Stihl super 26RS $27.35 local dealer
Similar Oregon $ 22.00
Online is more expensive believe it or not for Stihl chains.
Just seen online 26RS 19.25 shipped. Just got to shop around.

But ya yours local is pretty good compared to the gouging going on here at my 5 stihl dealers like drug marts on every corner.

I'm trying the Traverse Creek chain. Comes in a three pack. So far the 3/8 lopro seems good. I just ordered some 3/8 standard, but I don't have it on anything yet.

I try and spend my money local but around here I have never found a deal on chain. Shipping was 7.99 on 7 chains. Its interesting to hear about prices around the country.
That means they aren't making money on their shipping because that's cheap. My wife has a small store on eBay and I believe shipping cost is killing her sales, she has to do actual regional shipping or she would lose money shipping to the western part of the country.
