mktest,
Can't send you one, Jonsered,(Tilton Equipment), only allows dealers to sell set up saws across the counter. No mail order, no internet etc. They are one of the few outfits left that try to protect their servicing dealers.
You buy a saw from me and you get it set up and running, use of my air hose to blow it out when needed and my grease gun for the tip sprocket after you loose yours, for as long as you own it, and 10% off on any safety gear you pick up when you buy the saw. Oh, we also keep a coffee pot on.

Fish,
Had a "pro" bring in a 670 a few weeks ago, he couldn't make it run/cut right, no power etc.
When he picked it up he had to try it in an red oak butt I have out back. He couldn't believe how much better it ran. I gave him his bill, $7.50, all I did was grind the chain back to specs, he argued he filed his own chains and I was full of S***
He had about 60 degrees on the top plate, .00 on the rakers, and a beak like a needle, the gullet was filed down into the tie straps on Windsor 58APL.
