Honestly I didn't go down that road I got a good 160psi compression and it fires up so I took that for granted

Well thats the best recourse at this point.

Just for kicks, try loosening the fuel cap and revving it. When I rebuilt my saw the tank vent got gummed up and it would start and idle great but not rev. Still trying to find a replacement, but for now I just poked a hole in the bad vent check valve.

My guess is the solvent I cleaned the saw with ruined the tank vent.
